This is a tale of two friends, their 7 children ,7 years old and younger, and their first house project as business partners.
This story could get interesting as the months play out, but I'll give you the cliff notes version since everybody prefers to view the pictures!

Carrie and I have been friends forever. We live in a small town only about 9 blocks from each other. Carrie has 3 kids- ages: 7, 5, and 3. I have 4 kiddos- ages: 7, 4, 2, and 4 months.
Against all sanity, we have purchased a house with flipping aspirations and I'm sure we'll test our friendship along the way. I'm going to do my very best to document our progress weekly on my lovely little blog... Since I probably won't have time for any crafts I'm going to have to blog about something...so follow us on our flipping 101 journey:)
10 year old hole... nice
Yep... we are crazy! Can't wait to get crazy though!!! We would love to hear any words or wisdom, encouragement, or CHEAP ideas!!!

What an awesome project! My bff lives 8 hours worth of driving away from me. Can I just say I'm super jealous?!
I can't wait to see how this plays out. I stopped by from tt&j and I'm really glad I did. I'm your newest follower! :)
Following you as well. I mean, any couple of friends who flip a house in this economy have GUTS, and I'm gonna be watching you and cheering for you--big time!
